The Botox + program is fast and simple so you can live a normal life immediately. The same day of the treatment we recommend you not to wear a motorcycle helmet, go to the gym or swim, and wait at least 6 hours before going to bed. You will be able to gesture normally but it is better not to massage the area during the first days.
